Fishkill Creek

I'm going stir crazy up here! The land is gorgeous, the trees are changing, and there are so many nice looking woodlots everywhere I turn. I definitely have the fever. Here's hoping that my flight gets me home on time friday!

Sorry about the quality of the picture. I didn't bring my camera and this old cell phone is worn out. I snapped this shot of Fishkill Creek when I got back to the hotel tonight.

According to the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation, 85% of New York State is private property and most hunting occurs on that private land. I have to tip my hat to Marc over at nybowhunter.com, who hunts private land in the Empire State.
